Join us for a formal evening as we bring all EVAC teams together to celebrate the 2024–2025 season and honor our graduating seniors.

Dress Code: Formal attire—no need for a tux or formal gown, but please wear something nice. Think slacks or dress pants with a collared shirt, and modest dresses or skirts.
Dinner: Chick-fil-A
Special Note: If your team earned a trophy during the 2024–2025 season and you are in possession of that trophy, please bring it with you so we can display and celebrate all of our accomplishments together.

Tickets must be purchased by midnight on May 9th. No exceptions—this deadline helps us plan meals and seating based on venue capacity.
Space is limited, and we expect to sell out. Please don’t wait to buy your ticket!

A Note About Space:

As many of you know, EVAC does not currently have a facility of its own, which makes hosting large events a challenge—especially with the incredible growth we’ve experienced over the past few years. It’s extremely difficult to find a venue that will allow us to host an event of this size at a reasonable price, which is why we are so grateful to Sun Valley Community Church for opening their beautiful space to us. However, due to the venue’s capacity limits, we have to limit attendance. We deeply wish we could fit everyone and celebrate together under one roof. Of course, our dream is to one day have a facility of our own—big enough to host all of our EVAC families for events like this. Until then, thank you for your understanding, your patience, and your ongoing support. We’re excited to celebrate all that God has done this year with those who are able to join us!
